TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

Prices in the VipDog online shop

Product prices in the VipDog e-shop are in euros and include VAT.

VipDog reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submitted an order before the price changes took effect then for that Customer applies the price that was on the invoice at the moment the order was placed.

Liability and force majeure

VipDog is liable to the Customer for damages VipDog caused by the violation of these conditions in cases and to the extent provided for in existing legislation in the Republic of Estonia.

The Customer is liable to VipDog for damages the Customer caused by the violation of these conditions in cases and to the extent provided for in existing legislation in the Republic of Estonia.

Neither party is liable for the other party and their behaviour is not deemed a violation of these conditions due to delay or failure to perform any obligation if the parties could not control the reason for this delay or non-performance (force majeure).

VipDog will not compensate for possible moral damages caused to the Customer by changing the delivery times, prices and other conditions within these conditions.

VipDog will not compensate for the expenses of the Customer caused by circumstances when the Customer undertook obligations to third parties (independent from VipDog) on conditions contradicting these conditions.

VipDog does not compensate the Customer for loss of opportunities caused by changes in the delivery times, prices and other conditions.

Other conditions

VipDog uses the information provided by the Customer to only process the order the Customer placed. VipDog will not disclose information obtained during placement of orders to third parties, except in cases provided for by the law. Information exchanged between the bank and the merchant is digitally signed.

In matters not covered by these conditions, the Customer and VipDog will adhere to legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating the relationship between the parties.

Conflicts and disputes arising from the performance of these conditions will be resolved by negotiation as the preferred approach. If disputes arising from the Contract cannot be resolved by negotiation, the Customer and VipDog have the right to seek legal redress from the Consumer Protection Board or a court.

Validity of conditions

These conditions establish the rights and obligations that apply when customers of VipDog (here in after Customer) purchase goods from the owner of VipDog, AM Consulto OÜ (here in after VipDog).

These conditions cannot conflict with legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and are supplemented with this legislation when necessary (in cases of dispute or lack of information).

In addition to these sale conditions, the relationship between the Customer and VipDog is regulated by the price list of VipDog and generally accepted good practices.

VipDog reserves the right to unilaterally alter these conditions and the price list for the purpose of improving or reorganising the efficiency of operations, competitiveness, further development, selection of services and goods. Changes and additions to the conditions and the price list enter into force from the moment of the said information appearing on the website. If the Customer placed an order before changes in conditions entered into force, the conditions valid at the time of placing the order will apply to the Customer, unless provided otherwise by the law or these conditions.

The website may contain illustrative images of goods, in which case the possible colour/material and additional information are indicated on the product overview page and under additional information.
